About Me:	I am reading Delivered from Distraction on the advice of Jay (a long time friend) and I see myself in almost every story. My son was diagnosed with ADHD when he was about 10. He behavior at home and school was the same when I was his age. Treatment made all the difference. I was recently diagnosed with ADHD and I just started medication. I'm engaged to a lovely women that is very forgiving of my faults and is taking the time to learn more about ADHD.

Hi Joe, I just stumbled across your blogs from July and August! I'm impressed and amazed. I can see where being a Superhero would fit right in with ADHD. You don't have time to get bored. Strangely, even superheros don't have to be perfect. I was wondering how the Concerta is working. I'm 58 and considering trying meds once again. Joann

Pretty good, meds are having almost zero effect. I think the dosage will need to be adjusted. Downloading "Unrapping the Gift of ADD" now. It appears that I didn't pay enough attention when I bought it to realize that I have to download them :)
